Gülermak Renewables has appointed Elmya EPC as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for its 48.5 MWp Hanningfield solar project in Essex.
Under the agreement, Elmya EPC will be responsible for the full turnkey delivery of the project, including detailed engineering design, procurement of key components, construction works, and commissioning.
Earlier this month, Gülermak signed a 48.5-MWp power purchase agreement (PPA) with energy trading company ElectroRoute for the scheme.
Construction is expected to commence immediately with energization in 2027.
Gülermak Renewables said the appointment follows a competitive selection process and reflects Elmya EPC’s track record in delivering utility-scale solar projects across Europe.
